We believe that there is one God, who is the sole Creator (Deut. 6:4; 1 Tim. 2:5).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died on a cross for our sins, and that He was resurrected to give us salvation (Acts 4:12; 1 Cor. 15:3-5).
We believe that the Holy Spirit inspired the Scripture, which should be our source for all authority in this life (2 Tim. 3:16-17).
We believe that humanity is saved by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8). The obedience of faith demands repentance, confession, and baptism from humanity to access this salvation and to live faithfully after baptism.
The Purpose of Humanity
We believe that humanity is to fear and to love God, keeping His commandments (Eccl. 12:13; Mt. 22:36-37).
The Purpose of the Church
We believe that the universal church is the body of Christ, designed to do His will, and that the local church is an autonomous group overseen by shepherds (Eph. 1:22-23; 1 Pet. 5:2).
